Cortland Pond has all of the amenities you would expect in a West Side apartment complex - pool, fitness center, common room, etc., but the very best thing about living here is the staff. Lindsay and her crew treat the residents like the paying customers we are and provide the highest level of service possible. all are very friendly and helpful. They know all of their residents by name here and I feel right at home. Maintenance is speedy and excellent. The ground are lovely and the hallways and other common areas are always clean. The garage is well-lit and roomy enough to park easily. Windows and doors fit tightly and there are no drafts. Elevator makes it easy to get the groceries from parking to your apartment. Storage rooms have real doors (not cages). Mail and package delivery are indoors. Easy access to shopping and the beltline.

I want to express my gratitude with Hawks Landing, in particular, John the property manager. I recently moved from the Eastside of Milwaukee to Hawks Landing and to my surprise, I have enjoyed how peaceful it is here. The view from my loft apartment into the 18th hole and the hills beyond is beautiful. Since I arrived, John, has made sure my expectations are met and they have been exceeded! The place is quiet and the amenities are outstanding.

Our third child to attend UW Madison just finished up his sophomore year. College Park Apts was a great place to live. Good location, furnished (very helpful), competitive rents, and most importantly they were safe units. Not the fire traps we have experienced previously with some of the places our daughters have rented. The management & maintenance staff are very helpful! A good transition from the dorms.

The management at Springbrook Row is amazing! They make living at these apartments extremely easy, comfortable, and affordable through the different-sized apartments and the updates they perform during turnover. Management is available to contact for any problems you might have, making it more personal than a big apartment complex. There's a reason myself, 3 sisters, and 2 cousins have lived in this complex...you should definitely check it out and find out for yourself!

As an '08 college graduate of UW-Madison I've spent the past four years living in the heart of Madison: downtown. The Westside of Madison caught my eye.
Junction Ridge was the first stop my roommate and I made on our quest to find quality Westside living. We are currently living in a 2 bedroom that is 1400 sq feet. The amount of space is incredible! The price is even more unbelievable. I love being across the street from Copp's and Target. Greenway Station is just a five minute drive, and the mall is just a short trip down Mineral Point.

Here's a few reasons we have enjoyed Junction Ridge Apartments.
- Convenient Westside Location-easy accessibility to Middleton, the beltline, and numerous shops/stores, especially Copp's and Target across the street.
- The pool is a nice commodity on those hot muggy days.
- The outdoor decks are nice to hang out on.
- It is a safe, well lit property and garage.

In this business I know that too often only the negative comments are shared with the management. I wanted to take this time to provide some positive feedback on one of the staff members of Rouse Management—our maintenance man Tom.
The first snowfall we had in January it took me almost 2 hours to blow the sidewalks. I noticed that the rubber auger was getting very worn. This was causing it not to pick up the snow well and also making it difficult to throw the snow. I called Tom and asked him if he could look at it and maybe replace that part. Yesterday it took me less than 45 minutes with the rubber auger that Tom put in.
This is just one example. He has also helped us with a dead tree, a broken push mower, and a mower blade issue. It is just nice to know that you can call Tom (you will only need to call once) and he will get something taken care of quickly and effectively.
I hope you pass the positive feedback on to him.

In the time I've lived here (over 5 years), the manager has been wonderful! She is always helpful, kind and understanding in many ways. Being a Customer Service Manager, she exemplifies what good customer service is. The maintenance guys have always been friendly and attentive to detail. I love living here. My husband and I stayed at Hawks Landing for about 14 months. I would like to compliment you for your excellent services. From our move in, to move out everything was meticulous and amazingly clean. Every time we called, help was there within an hour or less. You have spoiled us so much that we have become so picky about our apartment that we are having a hard time settling down in our new apartment in TN. If we ever come back to Madison we would not even think twice before coming back to Hawks Landing. Without a doubt, Hawks Landing apartments is the best property in Madison!

I have lived in College Park Apartments for the past two years, and I have had an extremely positive experience. The management is great, and they are very welcoming. The apartments are kept up very well, and whenever I had a maintenance issue, the problem was solved that day. Many other management companies that my friends have dealt with make it difficult to get issues resolved, but not Rouse! The management gets to know residents personally, texting them when they have packages, having coffee in the rental office, and they are always there to help.

I fell in love with this place the first time I visited. The studios are really "mini one bedrooms which I haven't seen in other places... I am on my second apartment here, a studio and now a one bedroom, and both apartments were pretty much spotless when I moved in. Every time I have called maintenance they have been on the case - usually the same day, for sure by the next. The office staff - Lindsay and Jan - answer my emails promptly and return calls same day. I say all this obvious stuff because I have lived in apartments in Madison where you couldn't rely on any of this stuff! Lindsay has been especially helpful during my move - she showed me a number of apartments and didn't get annoyed when I passed on them...

I have been living in College Park as well as Springbrook Row for more than two years. I really like its location plus the neighborhood as a whole. The apartment itself is awesome with big bedrooms and spacious living room, I had a great time living with my friends. Doing laundry is convenient and heated parking is not expensive at all. The maintenance staff are quick at solving problems and manager is always reachable and friendly. I highly recommend you to consider about living here, for me it is like a home away from home.
