afternoon I trudged through blocks upon blocks of sidewalks
piled with snow, but as soon as I stepped on College Park
property, the sidewalks were completely shoveled…the
only I had seen all day! The staff’s dedication
should be commended because you made at lease one weather
grumpy person a very happy resident. |

moved into Sauk Gardens last year. I would like to tell
you that it was the best decision I made when I moved
to Wisconsin. The management is concerned about the welfare
of the people. They make residents feel secure and relaxed.
I’m impressed with the staff and they definitely
make Sauk Gardens stand out from the rest. I enjoy the
company of my neighbors, the little morning get togethers
for coffee, the exchange of stories and smiles, and a
friendly “hello” and “how are you”
just make my day! |

concern it is quickly fixed and the maintenance staff

recently moved our son, a student at UW-Madison, into
Springbrook Row Apartments. The move was not only problem
–free but actually a very pleasant experience, due
to the great organization, accommodation, and helpfulness
of the apartment community manager and her team. We would
like to say thank you to your team at Springbrook Row
for helping make a potentially hectic and cumbersome situation
run smoothly. We would, and will, recommend your apartment
community to friends of ours as their sons/daughters seek
housing while they attend UW-Madison! |

love living at Junction Ridge…Great location…The
overall property atmosphere is clean, quiet, and friendly…The
grounds are very well kept and the maintenance is excellent
and timely….The resident manager is excellent, efficient,
friendly, happy, knowledgeable and courteous…Our
apartment is so spacious and attractive, everyone who
sees it loves it! |
