This afternoon I trudged through blocks upon blocks of sidewalks piled with snow, but as soon as I stepped on College Park property, the sidewalks were completely shoveled…the only I had seen all day! The staff's dedication should be commended because you made at lease one weather grumpy person a very happy resident.

I moved into Sauk Gardens last year. I would like to tell you that it was the best decision I made when I moved to Wisconsin. The management is concerned about the welfare of the people. They make residents feel secure and relaxed. I'm impressed with the staff and they definitely make Sauk Gardens stand out from the rest. I enjoy the company of my neighbors, the little morning get togethers for coffee, the exchange of stories and smiles, and a friendly "hello" and "how are you" just make my day!

I fell in love with this place the first time I visited. The studios are really "mini one bedrooms which I haven't seen in other places... I am on my second apartment here, a studio and now a one bedroom, and both apartments were pretty much spotless when I moved in. Every time I have called maintenance they have been on the case - usually the same day, for sure by the next. The office staff - Lindsay and Jan - answer my emails promptly and return calls same day. I say all this obvious stuff because I have lived in apartments in Madison where you couldn't rely on any of this stuff! Lindsay has been especially helpful during my move - she showed me a number of apartments and didn't get annoyed when I passed on them...
