The Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin awarded Jim Lynaugh, maintenance technician of Sauk Garden Apartments, the honorable mention award for maintenance technician of the year.  For over six years Jim has done an exceptional job of taking great care of the Sauk Garden residents and the community.  AASCW’s award has been a wonderful way to recognize someone who has always tried his best to make Sauk Gardens a beautiful and comfortable place to call home. 

The AASCW awards candidates based on the nominations that they receive. Jim received multiple nominations.  Please find below some of the nominations that were submitted to AASCW.

Sauk Gardens says requests will be done in 24 hours-with Jim its closer to 24 minutes.  When he leaves your apartment it is as neat or neater than when he came.  He is welcome in any apartment when the resident is not home.  He maintains our building and property with pride.

Jim is our jewel!  He respects our needs and requests besides maintaining the buildings and grounds that make us proud to live here.  No job is to big or to small.

Jim maintains our building and grounds to perfection!  He always has a smile regardless of the circumstances.  There seems to be nothing he cannot do and he is always available to take on any task.

Jim is always available-always willing-always cheerful-he is a skilled worker for any job one might need done.  Jim makes you feel as if he has all the time in the world for you-even when you know he is swamped with work.  He is a pleasure to have around.

Jim is a very accommodating and helpful maintenance technician.  He makes repairs in a timely fashion and keeps the building in tip-top shape.  Our grounds are one of the most well kept around.

Jim comes promptly-very efficient-very friendly and mannerly-also very neat.  Never makes a mess nor leaves a mess.  Very cooperative and also keeps the grounds in excellent shape.
