Application

Rouse Management Company is excited to be able to provide on line and downloadable applications for residency. Normally, we are able to confirm whether or not we will be able to lease an apartment to you within 24 hours. Sometimes it will take longer because we may have a hard time verifying information. It is extremely important to us that we do a thorough and timely job.

Online applications once submitted will come to our main office where we will immediately start processing the application.

Downloadable applications may be sent to us via the following methods:

Application Policies
1. Each adult 18 years and older who is applying for an apartment will need to fill out a separate application.
2. Please make sure to fill out all information accurately and completely. If information is falsified it may be grounds for denial of your application.
3. We do ask for your social security number. You are not required to give us this information and your application may not be denied because you decide not provide it.
4. There is no application or credit check fee.
5. Please contact the apartment community you are applying for to learn about possible community specific policies.

The purpose of this application is to determine whether I qualify as a tenant. If my application is approved, the Landlord and I shall sign a written lease. I have no rental agreement with the Landlord before the time of the lease signing.

I hereby authorize Rouse Management Company and their Managers to investigate my credit and financial responsibility, income, rental and eviction history, conviction record and the statements made in this application, and to obtain a consumer credit report on me from a consumer reporting agency.

I acknowledge that the Managers of Rouse Management Company and their employees represent the interests of Rouse Management Company but they also have a duty to treat all parties fairly and in accordance with fair housing law.

I warrant and represent that I am at least 18 years of age and that all information above is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false information or making false statements may be grounds for denial of my application. I also understand that such action may result in criminal penalties. I understand that my occupancy is contingent upon meeting Rouse Management Company’s resident qualifying criteria.
