"We recently moved our son, a student at UW-Madison into your apartments.  The move was not only problem-free but actually a very pleasant experience, due to the great organization, accommodation and helpfulness of the apartment complex manager Helena Manning and her staff.

Literature sent to us by Helena prior to move-in day was most helpful and detail oriented, with nearly all of our questions answered.  However, like most parents/students, my son and I did have a few questions of our own.  We were made to feel most welcomed when we did place calls to Helena and all of our messages were replied to in a very timely and professional manner.  All questions were answered to our satisfaction and there were no false promises.

Upon our arrival at the apartment on move-in day, once again Helena was readily available to us and proved to be very personable and of great assistance.  Everything ran like clockwork!  In addition, we received excellent and prompt service from maintenance, DSL connection, housekeeping and central supply.

Overall, we just wanted to say “Thank you” fo Helena and the staff of College Park and Springbrook Row Apartments for helping make a potentially hectic and cumbersome situation run smoothly.  We would, and will, highly recommend your apartment complex to friends of ours as their sons/daughters seek housing while they attend UW-Madison!"

"I am writing to thank you for the absolutely fabulous year we had renting from you.  Along with the four residents that resided in the two bedroom loft apartment, we could not have had a better, more flawless year.  You and your staff are to thank for it.

Firstly, safety was a major issue when we considered searching for a residency.  Knowing that College Park had a locked/key entry, front door lighting, an intercom/buzzer system, and a locked door to the basement garage made us feel extremely safe within, as well as outside, the building.

The maintenance men were the friendliest, “get the job” done group of men who cared about their work and cared about the residents.  I will never forget the first day when Rolly came to fix our table edge; he carefully measured out and glued a piece of wood to the edge.  He proved to show effort and compassion while fixing our table.

I feel that you reached far above our expectations.  That fact that almost every utility was included made the apartment even more handsome.  Not only was (hot ) water included but the internet as well-the most important asset coming with the apartment; one that most students coming out of the dorms do not think about.  Knowing we did not have to pay for a heating bill either, which is close to $190 in December, was worth it!

The layout of the apartment was extremely spacious, allowing us to stretch out, while keeping a “family” environment.  People could be over downstairs while on the second and third floors, roommates could be sleeping or studying.

Overall, I would be lucky to find the quality and quantity of the service, apartment and staff anywhere else.  Thank you for making our first year outside of the dorms the most pleasurable so far."

"This afternoon I trudged through blocks upon blocks of sidewalks piled with snow but as soon as I reached College Park Property the sidewalks were completely shoveled—the only I had seen all day.  The staff’s dedication should be commended because you made at least one weather-grumpy person a very happy resident."
