"I just wanted to write you a letter saying how much I appreciate the staff who works at Cortland Pond apartments.  I am a new tenant who has been only living in my apartment for 2 weeks.  I really have to say that Gail Morris has been so kind to me in answering my questions and also allowing me to tour the building a number of times to find the perfect apartment for me.  The fact that she was so friendly and welcoming was one of the primary reasons I chose to rent at Cortland Pond.

Also, I wanted to write because this past weekend, I had left an important letter in my apartment which contained the combination for a room where I was throwing a wedding shower in Milwaukee.  I had called Cortland Pond and Karen was nice enough to go over to my apartment and look on the desk where I thought I left the paper.  Unfortunately, It was not there, but I really appreciated not having to make a 2 hour drive back to Madison, just to find that what I was looking for was not there.  So I wanted to say that Karen went above and beyond any of my expectations.  Honestly, the staff that I have met so far at the apartment complex is more friendly and helpful than any managers of apartment buildings I have lived in previously.  I really appreciate their willingness to help and I just wanted to pass this message along to someone who might share with them my gratitude for their work.
I am really glad that I chose to live in Cortland Pond and I really look forward to living here for awhile."
