"Living
at St James Ct. has been a wonderful experience.
I didn't like getting up in the morning for my classes
so it was nice that the house was only minutes from
the Business School. It's close to other parts of
the campus too, like the stadium. You will always
have time to tailgate before the games and still
get there with enough time to get a great seat. The
parking lot and backyard make it perfect for tailgating
or sunbathing, which ever you prefer. It is close
to a park, which is great for getting friends together
to play football, Frisbee, or even a game of soccer.
The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
But don't worry; it's not so quiet that you forget
you live close to the Madison campus. For those of
you who are 21, Lucky's and the Big Ten are sure to
become favorite weekend hangouts. The best part about
St James was being able to meet the new neighbors and
hang out on the porch drinking a few beers and grilling
out. You will never find a more friendly and responsive
management team as those of Rouse Management. I know
you'll enjoy living here as much as I did!"
